Warehouse scan
A structured look at the goods flows, the layout, the way orders are collected and the way your systems are used. You receive a written improvement plan.
For anyone who wants to know where the gain is before anything changes.
Solutions
A warehouse works better when you know how goods and people move. We help SMEs with logistics optimisation in four services with a fixed scope. A logistics consultant from Operion looks along on the floor and records what can be improved.
Services
Each service is a product: we agree the scope and the price in advance. You choose what fits, and usually start with the scan.
A structured look at the goods flows, the layout, the way orders are collected and the way your systems are used. You receive a written improvement plan.
For anyone who wants to know where the gain is before anything changes.
The layout, the processes and the settings of your WMS aligned again, so that the route of the product and of the employee becomes shorter and calmer.
For anyone who knows the layout no longer fits, for example after growth or a different range.
Introducing a warehouse management system with BizBloqs as the standard WMS, from the set-up and the test runs to the start on the floor.
For anyone who wants to move from lists and spreadsheets to a system in the warehouse.
Getting more out of the BizBloqs system you already use: settings, ways of working and reporting. Only for existing BizBloqs users.
For BizBloqs users who feel there is more in it. We do not optimise other WMS products.
Approach
With us you do not work with an open budget. What is included, we record before we start, and we agree the price at the same moment. If you want to add something later, we agree that with you first. That way you know in advance where you stand.
The scan is the logical start. It shows which improvement pays off most, and whether that is a redesign, a new system or a different way of working. You are not obliged to continue with us afterwards.
Sector
Trading companies, wholesalers and web shops with their own warehouse, and logistics service providers in the SME segment. Usually a small group of people keeps the warehouse running, and the number of orders grows faster than the way of working.
Topics
For anyone who wants to read first how we look at a warehouse. Each page explains its topic in plain language.

A well-organised warehouse works together with your administration. We deliver ERP and WMS as a standard package with a fixed scope. We do WMS implementation with BizBloqs as the standard WMS, and the integration between BizBloqs and Uniconta is standard.
In the redesign and the scan we look at the whole warehouse, also when you do not use BizBloqs. Optimising the system itself we only do for BizBloqs.
Explained
What a WMS is and how you manage stock, we do not explain again here. BizBloqs does that itself, on these pages:
Tell us how your warehouse works today. We will tell you what the scan covers and what the fixed price for it is.
